When designing the UI/UX for Hourvy, we had to make a few explicit product choices to align with the Suswo "simple but highly practical" philosophy:
The Flat Pricing Strategy: Instead of complex feature tiers or locking basic essentials like CSV exports behind a "Premium" paywall, we decided on a single, clean pricing model: $1 per active seat per month after a 30-day free trial. If a worker goes on leave, you deactivate the seat and stop paying. No surprises.
Multi-Business Workspaces: We built the backend architecture to allow a single worker identity to belong to multiple distinct business workspaces. They can easily switch roles from a single login without needing distinct profiles.
