Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Numbish, a service operated by Suswo Pvt. Ltd. ("Numbish," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Numbish, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

Numbish is a SaaS tool that helps US-based Instagram and Facebook creators make their affiliate links eligible for Meta's product tagging in Reels. Numbish resolves the underlying product data behind a creator's Amazon, LTK, and ShopMy affiliate links, scores each product against Meta's catalog eligibility rules, and produces a compliant product feed the creator can use.

Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Plans and billing

Numbish offers a Free plan and two paid plans, Starter ($19/month) and Pro ($49/month), billed through our payment processor, Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Third-party platforms

Numbish is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., LTK, or ShopMy. Users are solely responsible for their own compliance with the Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement, Meta's Commerce Policies, and any other third-party program terms applicable to their accounts.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Numbish to violate any applicable law, infringe on any third party's rights, submit links or content you don't have the right to share, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to Numbish's systems.

Warranty disclaimer

Numbish is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any product feed generated will result in successful product tagging on any third-party platform.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numbish and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Numbish and request deletion of your account at any time; deletion permanently removes your catalogs, products, and affiliate links. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Governing law

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
